Ithaca Energy's chief executive Luciano Vasques plans to retire early next year, and the board has begun a search for a successor, Energy Voice reported on 16 October 2026. It is a leadership change, not an operating one: the report gives no production figures, no named successor and no timetable beyond early next year.
